Celery Soup??? YES PLEASE!
My Mom made homemade celery soup yestreday for the first time ever.... and can I just say it was SO yummy! In fact my dad and I ate it all allready and its gone! My mom's friend Jenny taught her how to make it in Norway. Jenny is British though, so I am sure the recipe originates from somewhere here in England!

I now love food more than ever, and know which american foods i really appreciate (baked goods) and which i think are a wste of time ( prepackaged junk). i am a little bit of a food snob these days, but nothing major. i definately believe cooking from scratch stands out over cooking from boxes and believe that organic is much healthier
